This is the perfect property for a group of friends or family who want to maintain their own privacy and still be together in one property.
The Apartments are newly furnished in 2017, with a new pool that has a shallow part for the children.  Your Children will have the time of their lives splashing and playing in the pool whilst you will be able to sunbathe and relax on the sunbeds, next to them, whilst also keeping an eye on them!
This apartment has 1 bedroom with wardrobe and dressing table, and a dining area with kitchen and enough space to put a baby cot if necessary,  and also a bathroom with shower.   The dining area leads to a spacious terrace that overlooks the pool and the amazing surroundings.
Also included is free WiFi, Satellite TV and air conditioning in each bedroom and all the bathrooms have a hair dryer, also every apartment has at least one safe in one of  the bedrooms.  The Apartments have central heating and can be rented all year round.
The apartments all have balconies or terraces with incredible views of the azure sea and the glorious Cretan mountains.
The kitchens are well equipped with cooktop and oven, refrigerator with freezer, and all the essential pots, pans, crockery, dishes, cutlery and glassware you will need plus it also has an extractor fan, electric kettle  and all you would need to create any culinary experience you desire.
The ground floor terraces lead you to the pool area and the bbq area. There is enough parking space inside the perimeters of the Apartments and also in the front of the building for everyone.
The swimming pool is newly build and is around 50 sqm, around the pool there are Gazebos/Cabanas with tents for privacy and shade.
